White Pines was inspired by the energy, crispness and majesty of these snow-covered trees
in the winter month near my home in NY. It is scored for solo marimba with both keyboard
and battery percussion.
This sextet version of White Pines was Orchestrated for the Inaugural All Star International
Collegiate Percussion Ensembles performance at PASIC 2015.
